The 9th edition of ENERGYCON will take place in the iconic setting of the Conservatoire national des arts et métiers (CNAM), located in the historic heart of Paris.
Founded in 1794 by Abbé Grégoire to support the advancement of industry through education and innovation, the CNAM has evolved into a leading public institution dedicated to higher professional education, scientific research, and the diffusion of technological culture. It operates under the supervision of the French Ministry of Higher Education and Research.
With more than 750 programs spanning engineering, energy, economics, data science, and more, the CNAM plays a key role in training professionals throughout their careers, maintaining strong ties with industry, and supporting applied research that responds to societal and technological challenges.
The CNAM is also home to the Musée des arts et métiers, which preserves the world’s oldest and most extensive collection of industrial and technological innovations. From Foucault’s Pendulum to early energy converters, the museum embodies the historical depth and forward-looking mission that define the ENERGYCON spirit.
Hosting ENERGYCON 2026 at the CNAM reflects the convergence of past ingenuity and future ambitions—making it the ideal venue to discuss the next generation of energy systems and technologies.
